To resolve technical issues, our webmail server is currently undergoing system upgrades. In the meantime, the following system is used to access your webmail. In addition to your user id (full email address) and password, a server name must be entered.

Please note, for the server name, use mail.yourdomainname.com as your mail server.

For example, If your email address is me@canadaweb.com,
your email server would be mail.canadaweb.com

Your regular POP3 mail service, website and FTP services are not affected by this issue and are operating normally.
