Whenever possible, I try to meet my clients in person. I take great pleasure in meeting you and putting a face to the name. For many companies in the hosting business it is rare to have this opportunity either due to distance or by design. Many of us, me included, have experienced this type of service with the larger companies where their sole purpose in 'customer service' seems to be intended to avoid personal service as much and as long as possible with self service phone systems with their maze of options and pre-recorded information.
